I partnered with Downtown Greensboro, Inc. (DGI), a non-profit economic development organization, to develop a multi-angle marketing campaign promoting tourism and local engagement in Greensboro, NC. The goal was to attract visitors while also inspiring local residents to rediscover the richness and vibrancy of their city.
I created the brand voice, wrote scripts for 7 distinct messaging angles targeting diverse audiences, and crafted storylines centered on local pride and self-expression. The campaign was designed to communicate both the cultural and commercial appeal of downtown Greensboro, using narratives that resonated with locals and visitors alike.
The result was a surge in local pride, heightened engagement in downtown activities, and measurable increases in revenue for area businesses, helping to position Greensboro as a dynamic, must-visit destination.
